It takes about 20
minutes to sail to Cayo Levantado from
Samana. The island is privately
owned and houses the five-star Gran Bahia Principe Hotel. If your
ship anchors off Samana, tours to Cayo Levantado can be purchased
on board; if your ships calls at the island itself, just hop in a
